Craig Smith (Managing Partner): Directs the daily management of projects and oversees the allocation, development of our company’s labour resources. Craig worked as a foreman and lead hand with another major concrete forming company in Vancouver before starting Whitewater Concrete Ltd with his father Brian and brother Kyle. He has more than sixteen years of experience as a carpenter and a foreman. Kyle Smith (Managing Partner): Establishes and maintains Whitewater's client relationships as he is responsible for estimating projects. Kyle also provides day-to-day logistic and management support to the various work sites. He has more than twelve years of experience as a superintendent, estimator, and project manager prior to launching Whitewater Concrete Ltd. Kyle holds a certificate in Building Technology from B.C.I.T.

Each Whitewater Concrete Ltd site is managed
by a superintendent and a foreman. Projects are overseen by John
Eggert & Shane King, our general superintendents, as well as Craig Smith, a managing partner. Whitewater's executive team oversees all projects to ensure everything we do is run on time, on budget and as smoothly as possible. John Eggert (General Superintendent) joined Whitewater in 1997 when he started (and completed) his carpentry apprenticeship. John is in charge of overall site operations on the majority of our ongoing projects. He excels at managing and directing people in a non-confrontational manner. Shane King (General Superintendent) joined Whitewater in 1996 and his role has evolved into a leadership position by virtue of his strong communication skills and respect for his colleagues, our employees. Shane manages projects and also shares some project responsibilities with John Eggert.
